We gladly accept returns of ONLY unused merchandise, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products purchased during SALE CAN only be Replaced or Exchanged within 7 days, No Return or Refund Applicable on SALE products.

All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email. The refund will be processed within 48 Hrs after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
