Tasks a Content Writer would adhere to:

  • Writing content and details for brand product catalogue keeping in mind and targeting SEO.
  • Writing E-commerce content that includes entire product specifications and its attributes. Product uploading, renaming and cross checking the same with online partners.
  • Handling overall Social Media platforms (promoting the brand) and replying to customer queries on day to day basis. Actively engaging customers in brand activities.
  • Building Brand awareness through online communication.
  • Handling customer care ( Amazon, retail and other offline and online partners) and mitigate the same for any future complains.
  • Coordinating with bloggers to promote the brand.

Assisting shoot related tasks.( E-commerce and any promotional shoots, if any).

Knowledge of design software like illustrator or Photoshop would be appreciated.

Desired profile of the candidate

  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience.

The Sales and Marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to support the company’s goals. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing shops in shop business for brands through which brand majorly retail in India like Shopper Stop, Lifestyle International, Central and other reputed large formats
  • Candidate will be responsible for adding new business for the brand and lookout for new venture to develop
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Manage the PAN India sales operations & accountable for the budgeted sales, responsible for sales & P&L, cost monitoring
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
