Delivery of products

  • At Lino Perros we ensure that all the orders reach to the customers within 8-10 working days (for Metro cities) and 12-15 working days (for Non-Metro cities) depending on the address for delivery. The numbers of days are calculated on the basis of receipt of order and payment.
  • We will deliver the Order via third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 6 pm Monday –Saturday.
  • When the order will reach to you are expected to acknowledge and sign the invoice or delivery challan attached to the purchase. If by any chance you are not at the mentioned address to take the delivery the person who is taking on your behalf is supposed to do the same.
  • To further specify we will not be responsible for the product received by any person at the destination other than you who placed the order.
  • As the authoritarian of the card with which you placed the order, we are not liable to answer for incorrect addresses mentioned at the time of order being processed.
  • Once the order is received by the customer we are not responsible for any damage after that. We will only abide by the warranty rules and terms mentioned on the website.
  • All the complaints or queries regarding the product should be forwarded to customercare@linoperros.com on the same day of delivery. Kindly share the image of the damaged or defective product along with the invoice details and order copy.

Delivery Charges

  • Our delivery policies are simple and easy to follow. We ensure that all the products purchased at our online store reach to you within the specified time mentioned. A reliable customer team is there to attend to all your queries and guide you through various processes. For Cash-On-Delivery orders those cost below Rs 500 or equal you will be charged with the shipping cost of Rs.50.
