Replacement Policy

If you want to replace your order then follow the below mentioned procedure:–

 The return should take place within 7 days of the order delivered.

 Send an email with the details of the order to the customer support team at customercare@linoperros.com

 On receiving the email, we will initiate a reverse pick up of the product delivered.

 Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will issue a voucher equal to the MRP value of the product ordered.

 Once the voucher is generated & issued you can place the order and we will ship the same within 24hrs.
